3. Crowdfunding Contributions
Crowdfunding contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. These funds directly support the project creators and cannot be reclaimed once pledged. Please contribute only if you fully understand the project and its goals.
4. Vendor Accountability & Admin Intervention
While refunds are not typically available, we expect all vendors to act in good faith. If a vendor misrepresents a product, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates marketplace policies, our admin team will step in. Actions may include:
- Investigating the issue and contacting the vendor.
- Removing misleading products from the platform.
- Suspending or banning the vendor for repeated violations.
